The Racer 401, in its evolution called "T", confirms to be the top-range Tony Kart chassis. Available, as always, in the single-gear, shifter and DD2 versions, it introduces several new features, born from the synergy between OTK Kart Group's R&D department and the Tony Kart Racing Team. The key features of this historic model remain unchanged: the frame entirely made of Ø 30 mm tubes and a top manufacturing quality.

The Racer 401 is the spearhead of Tony Kart's success-rich history. Throughout its “sporting career,” from 2004 to the present, the flagship chassis of the Prevalle brand has been able to win more than 10 world titles and numerous victories at the international level. The desire to continue this path studded with victories also with the new “T” version, has led the R&D team of the OTK Kart Group to introduce several innovations, among which the new braking systems, BWD for the single-gear classes and BWZ for the shifter classes stand out, as well as the new M11 fairings. To achieve outstanding results, however, it is essential to work on even the smallest details. For this reason, among the improvements introduced, the Racer 401 T also features a new chain tensioner, made of aluminum, attached to the bearing support. Tony Kart also renews itself aesthetically, with new graphics for the fairing stickers kit.

The quest for an ever-increasing aerodynamic efficiency led OTK Kart Group's R&D department to develop the new M11 fairing kit, which complies with the current FIA regulations. Data obtained by OTK Kart Group's R&D department through CFD computerized simulations and wind tunnel testing, combined with data gathered through on-track testing by the Tony Kart Racing Team, led to the birth of a new front spoiler and a new fairing with unique designs that guarantee a substantial reduction in aerodynamic drag, resulting in better performances on-track. Coupled with the two parts named M11, we find the side bumpers and the rear protection of the M10 kit, introduced already with the previous homologation, as well as the full-coverage floorplate that maximizes aerodynamic efficiency. The entire package, moreover, is decorated with stickers with a new, more attractive design, but faithful as always to the colors and style of the brand from Prevalle.

The novelty of this model, top of Tony Kart range, also includes other important components such as modern and efficient OTK adjustable aluminum pedals and MXJ magnesium wheels, of recent production, born by important challenging and effective research and development studies.
Among the main novelties launched by Tony Kart, the new BWD braking system, reserved for Direct Drive classes, both Junior and Senior, undoubtedly stands out. The design activity carried out by the R&D department focused on the use of the highest quality materials, aimed at ensuring an extremely high degree of component efficiency. The unprecedented concept behind the project has resulted in a braking system able of highly improving heat dissipation, consequently reducing the temperature at the brake oil charge, ensuring drivers fully efficient braking consistent over time and in all track conditions. The BWD system is available in two versions: with a 180 mm or 206 mm diameter disc, according to the needs.

The evolution of the Racer 401 T also passes through several confirmations, such as the multi-adjustable pedals and the inclined steering wheel hub from the OTK Kart Parts line, which guarantee a nearly tailor-made driving position. Completing the package of parts kept unchanged from the past is the HGS steering wheel, whose high rubber handgrip significantly reduces driver effort while driving. The match of these pars, designed together with Tony Kart Racing Team drivers, guarantees, in a simple way, the achievement of an ideal driving position for kart drivers of all sizes.
