In the interest of serving our customers even better we have adopted a simple tiered shipping system for orders shipping to the Contiguous United States!

Priority Mail - Orders up to $50.00 - US Mail $9.50 - Cannot ship oversized items mail even if under $50.

UPS Ground Shipping - Orders up to $200 - $13.00 to $14.95 (Exceptions Below)

UPS Ground Shipping - Orders Over $200 - Free* (Exceptions Below)

*Oversize Exceptions - Shipping companies charge a surcharge for large and/or heavy packages - items below that meet those criteria and not limited to -

Shipping Disclaimer - On the occasion a shipping charge will not fit into one of our pricing tiers (ex. remote destinations where shipping companies charges a large surcharge, extreme oversized boxes, express shipping to remote destinations or oversized items) we will call the customer before shipping the order with a shipping quote. Please make sure you give us a DAYTIME phone number during check out so we can reach you if needed.

*International, Alaska and Hawaii shipping fees will be calculated on an order by order basis. Orders will be sent the quickest and safest way*

*Shipping prices not valid for karts or other truck freight*

*Orders that are drop shipped will be charged a shipping fee*

*Any order over $200 that receives free shipping but then items are returned (if the part is returned that is not an error on our part) and the price of the order falls below the $200 threshold, will be charged the shipping fee in retrospect. Free shipping only applies if the order, after items are returned, stays over $200 and meets all requirements for the free shipping*

*Shipping prices not valid for engine work, blueprinted items and other machine work performed by our machine shop.*

*Orders shipping to Indiana addresses must be charged taxes on the shipping per state law.*

*Orders placed before 3pm Indiana time will ship same day (week days only)*

*Orders placed after 3pm Friday Indiana time will ship the following business week*

*Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not ship until Monday (or first business day of the week if there is a holiday)*

*Comet reserves the right to require a package to ship to the billing address of the credit card*

*Comet reserves the right to not ship an order for any reason*

*Customers returning items not in error on our part will be responsible for shipping fees back to Comet*
