It was a great weekend for Comet Racing Engines at NOLA Motorsports Park for the opening round of the 2021 Superkarts! USA WinterNationals. Comet Racing Engines customers took home 4 wins, sweeping KA100 Junior and KA100 Senior! Comet Racing Engines also had numerous podiums and pole positions.

Congrats to Cole Morgan for his double wins in KA100 Senior at NOLA as well as Noah Baker for also pulling off double wins in the KA100 Junior class!

Not only did Comet Racing Engines sweep the KA class wins, Comet Racing Engines drivers also took home 4 of the top 5 spots in KA Junior on Saturday with Cole Kleck in second, Carson Morgan in 4th and Chase Hand 5th. Not to be outdone, Comet Racing Engines drivers in KA Senior on Saturday took 3 of the top 5 positions with Connor Ferris in 3rd and Ethan Wolfe 4th.

Cole Kleck also had a good Saturday in X30 Junior crossing the line in 2nd place while also picking up the fast lap in the final.

Isaac Malcuit had a double podium in the Micro Swift class with a pair of third place finishes on the weekend.

Besides the wins and podiums mentioned, Jack Jeffers came from 27th in KA100 Junior in the Sunday Final to finish 3rd and pick up the race's fast lap. Jace Park had a great run to join Cole Morgan on the podium Sunday in the KA100 Senior Final with a 2nd place finish. And in the X30 Senior Final on Sunday Thom Nepveu had a great race, leading at multiple stages, to end up on the podium in 3rd after a wild last couple laps.
