10/29/03 - It is with great sadness that we report that Comet Kart Sales Founder and karting pioneer Emerson “Diz” Dismore has lost his three year battle with cancer. Diz passed away peacefully in his sleep Tuesday evening in the company of his family. The lifetime Greenfield, IN resident was 74. We appreciate all the thoughts and prayers that everyone has sent over the last three years.
